Two weeks remain until Epic Esports Events’s next EPICENTER: MOSCOW event, with a total prize pool of $500,000.

Eight teams will be competing with each other for the grand prize of $250,000. The second placer will bring home $100,000. Third and Fourth will bag $40,000 each, and the fifth to eighth placers will get $15,000 each.




Six teams received direct invites, namely – G2, fnatic, Na’Vi, Ninjas in Pyjamas, SK Gaming and Team 123 have won the European qualifiers, while the slot for the eighth team goes to Tengri for winning the CIS qualifiers. The runner ups in the closed qualifiers already received $5,000 for performing well but falling just a little bit short in the qualifier.

The first EPICENTER: MOSCOW event last May proved to be successful, with the Dota2 event proving that “Moscow is capable of running top-tier event for the best teams out there,” says Mark Averbukh, CEO of Epic Esports Events. The success of the Dota2 EPICENTER event led to this second one, which will be featuring CS GO this time around.
