While Fortnite Battle Royale has been available on the iOS since April, it was announced that the game will be on the Galaxy Note 9 once the phablet is released.

Both 9to5Google and XDA Developers have sources saying that Fortnite will be a 30-Day exclusive to the release of Samsung. However, no official date has been set for when the Note 9 will actually be available on the market. Rumors have spread that pre-orders for the phablet will be opening on August 14.

People who pre-order will supposedly be awarded with $100 to $150 worth of in-game currency (VBucks). And if you don’t really like the game, you can opt to have a wireless pair of AKG headphones instead.

Samsung’s Gaming Line

The Note 9 is being advertised as a gaming phone by Samsung as they are adding a vapor chamber heat pipe in the phone so it won’t overheat. Other specifications of the phone include 128 GB storage and 6 GB of RAM as the base model. All these will be accompanied by a 4000 mAh battery that will let you be able to play for hours.

Since Fortnite will only be available for the Note 9, this will obviously limit revenue on the Epic Games platform. As soon as it’s released, many Android users would probably want the game on their phones too even if they don’t exactly have the Note 9. If the timeline is followed, everyone would have the game on their Android devices by September.
