TNC Predator will not let up as they continue to qualify for this season’s majors.
TNC Predator once again showed mastery over the SEA region as they qualify for another Major this season. However, it’s not just TNC that was able to pull off a back-to-back. Securing the top seed in both KL and CQ qualifiers was Fnatic. Both teams have been playing impressively in the past months. Their team’s well-glued together, and their chemistry shows on how fluid their teamplay has been so far.
The two teams didn’t get to see each other in the playoffs of the KL Major. Fnatic played better when the group stages rolled in, allowing them to begin in the upper bracket. Meanwhile, TNC had to claw their way to the top through the lower bracket. In the end, it was TNC that was able to reach further, finishing 5th-6th, while Fnatic was just one step behind at 7th-8th.
Other teams who have also managed to qualify in both majors are Team Secret, Alliance, Virtus.pro, Team Aster, Vici Gaming, J Storm, PSG.LGD, Forward Gaming, Evil Geniuses, and Pain Gaming. Another slot is alloted for the winner of the Bucharest Minor. Other teams that qualified in the tournament are No Pangolier, Thunder Predator and Team Liquid.
